Who is Peak?

Peak is a collaboration between Jenna and Jami (sisters) and Shea (honorary sister). We've teamed up to create the best possible environment for our puppies with our individualized training and areas of expertise. We each bring something unique to the team, creating a powerhouse foundation for your future puppy! 

Hey! I'm Jenna. I started Peak Puppies in 2019, but the idea for it probably started around 1995. I have a vivid memory from my childhood of when I first decided I wanted to breed dogs. I've always had a love for dogs and breeding allows me to share that with others! 

My husband and four kids are all actively involved in raising our puppies. The joy these puppies bring into our home is indescribable, and I know they do the same for their forever families!

I've learned so much along the way, from the importance of health testing to implementing a puppy curriculum, and have tried to do the best that I can for every Peak Puppy we bring into the world. What began as a childhood dream has become one of my biggest passions in life!

My name is Jami and I’m Jenna’s older sister. Watching her raise a few litters was all it took for me to want to be a part of the puppy breeding world and involve my girls in the process. What a great way to teach my kids responsibility while also giving them the beautiful gift of unconditional puppy love! I have seen firsthand what a difference a great breeder can make for a litter and I knew I wanted to be on the positive end of that. 

Each litter is carefully planned and raised with love, ensuring they are well-socialized and ready to become cherished members of their families. I don’t just want to send people home with a cute puppy; I want to send them home with a new member of their family who can truly have a life-changing impact. Nothing makes me happier than getting messages from families who have received my puppies and hearing about the joy those dogs have brought into their lives. THAT is why I do this.

Like Jami, I got into breeding because I watched her and Jenna do such an amazing job as breeders. What really sparked my desire was Jami’s goldendoodle that had the most amazing temperament. I knew I wanted one of her puppies and to continue her bloodline. 

Since then, it’s been a wonderful way to teach my two girls how to work. They get to invest their time, money and learn the ups and downs of business. We also get to cuddle a puppy anytime we like! We have absolutely loved bringing happy healthy puppies into the world.
